One of our customer had bought Italy brand OMD spring grinding machine, but without any dust extractor which make them puzzling.
how to solve the spring metal dust? first we should know the OMD machine, how does this machine working, actually there is a ventilation pipe on the machine, diameter 200mm.
and second we should know the details like dust characteristics, dust concentration, temperature, airflow, pressure...

Most of our grinding customers want to use WET SCRUBBER to catch the metal dust which may have risk of explosion and have spark sometimes. For safety, the wet scrubber is highly recommend.
but some customer do not want wet scrubber because of solving the waste water...
Different grinding process have different solution, this OMD grinder, also could use dry solution: cartridge dust collector.
